Categories of Personal Computer Components 

There are four primary categories of components in a typical personal computer : 

System Unit 

Display Device 

Input Devices (Mouse, Keyboard, USB Flash...)

External devices (Microphone, Digital Camera, Speaker,Scanner, Printer, Network Device, External Drive... )
